24/7 emergency response · the Charleston Tri-County
Mold remediation built for Charleston's climate
Charleston's heat, humidity, and flood-prone lowland lots make mold the area's most common indoor problem — in crawlspaces, behind walls, in HVAC systems and hundred-year-old houses alike. Containment, removal, and fixing the moisture source so it doesn't come back.
What's involved
What we do
- Containment and HEPA filtration so spores don't spread during the work
- Removal of damaged material and treatment of salvageable structure
- Finding and fixing the moisture source — the step that prevents regrowth
- Crawlspace and HVAC mold handled — the two places Lowcountry mold hides most
Locally, this is the most-searched restoration service in the Charleston area.
We serve Charleston, Mount Pleasant, North Charleston, Summerville, Goose Creek, Hanahan and the rest of the Charleston Tri-County. Same-region crews, no long waits for someone to drive in.

Mold Remediation questions we hear most
Do I need mold testing before remediation?
Usually not. Federal EPA guidance is that when mold is visible, sampling is generally unnecessary — the fix is the same regardless of species. Testing earns its keep when the source is unclear, when a landlord or sale dispute needs third-party documentation, or when a doctor asks for it — and in those cases it should come from an independent tester, not the company quoting the removal.
Can't I just spray it with bleach?
For a real problem, no — bleaching a surface lightens the stain while leaving roots in porous material, and it does nothing about the moisture feeding the growth. In Charleston's humidity that moisture source is still running. Remove the growth properly, then fix what's keeping things wet; that's what makes it permanent.
Why does mold keep coming back in the same spot?
Because the moisture is still there — a slow leak, a humid crawlspace, AC condensation, or ventilation that can't keep up with a Lowcountry summer. Finding and fixing that source is part of our standard scope, not an add-on; removal without it is temporary by definition.
